Awaiting Client Approval

This is a working draft. Final wording is to be supplied or approved by AFADARE Advisory before launch, and this notice removed.

Who we are

AFADARE Advisory(“AFADARE”, “we”) provides executive advisory, board directorship and corporate training services. This policy explains what we do with personal information submitted through https://www.afadare.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request a paper, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company or organisation
  • Your designation or role
  • The area of engagement you selected
  • The summary of your requirement that you provide

We also record the date and time of your submission, the page you submitted from, and your browser user-agent string. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a consultation
  • To send you the paper or programme information you requested
  • To keep a record of the engagement discussion
  • To understand which subjects our published work is reaching

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Booking a consultation

Calendar booking is handled through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. When you book a slot, the information you enter there is processed by Google under its own privacy terms, and a calendar invitation is sent to the email address you provide.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen by AFADARE personnel involved in responding to your enquiry. We use third-party service providers to operate this website and deliver notifications — hosting, file storage, email delivery and, where enabled, SMS alerts and website analytics. These providers process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To exercise any of these, email akin@afadare.com.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are held in an access-controlled database, uploaded documents are held in access-controlled storage, and administrative access requires an individual account.

Cookies

See our Cookie Notice for what we set and how to control it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
